All vendors are welcome, however, priority will be given to permanent vendors. Non-permanent vendors will be responsible for completing a weekly application to reserve a spot at the market.
-
Permanent vendors will be charged on the 1st of each month. All other vendors will be charged upon approval for each market.
-
Vendor set up is between 4:30 PM-5:30 PM. Vendors must be set up by 5:30 PM to ensure a 6 PM start.
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own 10x10 tents and tables.
All tents must be weighted without the use of stakes. For the safety of guests and other vendors, those who do not provide tent weights will not be permitted to set up their tents - regardless of weather conditions.
-
Vendors are responsible for their own payment processing and/or cash transactions. Propagate Social House can not provide vendors with cash/change for transactions. Please note: vendors are responsible for supplying their own wi-fi hotspot for processing card transactions.
Propagate Social House and the City of Apopka do not provide vendors with electricity, at this time.
If the use of a generator is required for your tent, only “Quiet Generators”(below 60 decibels) are permitted. We do not allow the use of generators over 60 decibels for any reason to maintain a comfortable evening for other vendors, patrons, and our business neighbors.
-
Food Vendors - Please review the Cottage Law chart below. If you are selling foods that do not fall under the Cottage Law list, please bring your food license from DBPR or FDACs along with a copy of your most recent commissary kitchen rental invoice to ensure compliance with local and state food safety regulations. More Information.
-
Since the event will extend after sunset, Propagate will provide area lighting for pathways and common areas, and the designated vendor area in the parking lot will be well-lit by the City of Apopka. However, vendors should provide power-free lighting (if not using quiet generators) inside their tents for maximum visibility. We recommend solutions such as something like this or this or this.
-
The event is rain or shine. Fees will not be refunded or credited due to vendor cancellations or inclement weather.
-
Tents must be broken down by 9:30 PM.
Vendors will be required to supply their own trash cans and remove trash at the end of the event. There is not a dumpster on-site. The vendor space should be returned to the way it was found before the start of the event.
